What is shown: the design name, the reference, the colour name, the specifications you publish (composition, width, Martindale, weight, treatments, certifications) and your own photograph of the fabric, with your showroom and a link back to your page on every fabric.
What is never shown: a price, a stock level, a discount. WEAVRA holds no stock and sells nothing. A fabric you withdraw is hidden from search on the next pass, never offered as available.
How the catalogue stays true: every record keeps its provenance (your page, the date it was read) and is re-read twice a week. A sample is reopened against your page before each release: names, references, pictures and specifications. A difference blocks the release.
The agreement comes first: one written page that names the perimeter (which collections, which fields, which pictures) and the contact who can ask for a correction or a removal at any time. Nothing of yours goes online before it is signed.
