Write to us. For a question about the app, a fabric that looks wrong or your account, write to the address below. Name the page you were on and, for a fabric, its reference.

Delete your account. In the app, open the menu, then Studio. Under your account, choose Delete my account, enter your password and confirm. The account is deleted at once, with its sessions on every device and the presentations kept for sharing. The studio details and the projects saved on that device are cleared too.
Without your password. If you can no longer sign in, write to us from the email address of the account and ask for its deletion.
A fabric. Availability, lead time and price belong to the mill: the showroom and the phone number of the mill are on every fabric.
